PPT.
I mean, if a linespacing of 100% is set to "at least" 0 cm, then this is a huge
problem and must be fixed.

But if it only differs by some percent, then it depends to the fact that PPT is
using fixed linespacing, whereas we are using font dependent linespacing -> make
a test, export the bugdocs using different fonts, then you will see that
linespacing is depending to the font that is used.  Here we can't do anything.

That "at least" is written instead of "proportional" is only done for the first
paragraph, because  PPT is inserting linespacing before the text, whereas our
text is centered, so its just a kind of balancing.

I assume the above mentioned problems as well known, because I already described
the difference of Impress and PPT in a lot of other bugs.
