I am creating RPM package from OOo SDK and found that the file
settings/component.uno.map is installed worldwritable.
This permissions seems to be explicitely set in odk/util/odk_rules.pmk:
--- cut ---
$(DESTDIRSETTINGS)$/component.uno.map : $(SOLARENV)$/bin$/addsym.awk
$(SOLARENV)$/src$/component.map
[...]
@+chmod a+w $@

I wonder if it is correct.
It does not seems to be much secure on the first sight.
