fixed on cws jsc7
during the save operation the and with checked automatic filename extension the
filename is checked if it contains already a valid filer extensions and if not
the filter default extension is appended. The current implementation doesn't
support extensions like "*.uno.pkg" and i corrected the implementation to
support any kind of allowed filter extensions.
Introduced a new helper function
SvtFileDialog::appendDefaultExtension
