Hello,
I found on http://l10n.openoffice.org the following:
<quote>
The paper &lquota;Universal I18n Framework for Office Applications&rquota; was
presented at the18th International Unicode Conference in Hong Kong, April 2001
</quote>
I think "&lquota;" is HTML code, which should be "&lquote;" and "&rquota;"
should
be "&rquote;".
And instead of
wrong: the18th
it should be
right: the 18th
HTH
Thomas.
