vg: thanks you, at last my build of m165 is complete!
I used build.pl -r 1.148.8.1 with build --all and for different reasons had to
restart the build at various modules using such as build --all:modulename and it
restarts at the correct place. No modules were skipped.
btw I notice that if a build.lst file is changed during the build, it is
necessary to restart the build process to read the changed file.
