Since this is another os I am not sure if Java support works out of the box. But
because you see the message "sunjavaplugin.so has created a VM." chances are
that the bug lies somewhere else. Could to provide a better stack at the moment
of the crash? You should build the project stoc with debug information and put
those libs in the office our your environment. Then run the regcomp command
manually (in your debugger) and see what happens.
