This issue is more some preperation code ( or a hook ) for more vba interop work to follow. Currently this option if set will trigger some other enhancements, the thing is due to the plugable nature of the enhancements nobody can see those because currenlty no implementations exist. So, at the moment I'm happy with this option being somewhat unofficial until it actually becomes a bit more useful. However I suppose it would do no harm to be prepared for some documentation.
