Hello Jza,
I have a strong suspicion that by mistake the "CVS" directory in the directory
where you are commiting is missing/deleted.
CVS client stores the CVSROOT (in the absence of an explicit -d option) in one
of the files called "Root" under this "CVS" directory.
You have 2 options.
1) Restore this CVS directory. If that is not possible then..
2) Check out a fresh copy which will crate this CVS directory and then commit.
