Yes, sure, you're right. As that code is inside an #if OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL > 2 it
wasn't compiled since the change of the isolang structures. As the code was only
used by release engineering during the change from area phone codes to ISO
codes, I think correcting this in one of the first CWSs for 2.0.4 should be
sufficient, so we don't have to undergo the hassle of yet another CWS for the
2.0.3 deadline. If badly needed, we could fix it in the master, it is build-time
only code.
