2006 -------
Fixed the actual bug by using the map mode to map the printable area to
different parts of the page.
Cleaned up the code a bit by moving the PrintOutline(), PrintHandout(),
PrintStdOrNotes(), and PrintPage() methods from viewshe3.cxx to
PrintManager.cxx.
