I'll try to explain better the problem I got:
1 - I open the file I attached
2 - I see the page like in this image:

as you can see there is no line numbering, but the line numbering is active
3- I ask a preview, and in the preview there is the line numbering!

4- closing the preview, the document now has got the line numbering

5- if I ask to change the kind of line numbering (for example restarting every
page) the line numbering seems to work

6- but going up and down in document I find pages without the line numbering

and the line numbering is active for the paragraph as you can see.
7- again, asking for a preview the line numbering appears, and remain in
document after I close che preview window:

My document has got 3 charater styles: the bold titles have not the line
numbering, the first line of every lyric has got the line numbering starting
with it, and the other lines of verse have got a normal line numbering.
I hope this is more clear for the debugging.
