Drawing layer issue. The same happens in Draw if you scroll the view while
moving a shape, so the shape's original position is outside of the view when the
mouse button is released.
Only the old rectangle is invalidated, but because it's not visible, the
Window::Invalidate call doesn't have any effect, nothing is painted (this is
checked in Invalidate).
