Hi,
rtl/source/bootstrap.cxx contains several instances of
oslSecurity security = osl_getCurrentSecurity();
osl_getConfigDir(security, ppValue);
EnsureNoFinalSlash(ppValue);
-> if the osl_getCurrentSecurity fails for some reason (like #i65004#),
Ensure... function can crash because it doesn't check its argument and it
dereferences it.
