can not confirm this here OOo src680_m169
my locale is set to German my papersize is set to A4, if i change the OOo
locale
to English (US) papersize automatically changes to letter.
Changed the system locale to English (US) and i have the same effect: changing
the OOo locale to German changes the papersize to A4.
