Sorry, but the windows task manager is not a reliable tool for such
investigations. There is no evidence where (and if) any memory is not released.
I will not accept such an issue without a clear evidence.
BTW: a short test showed that a few 100 KB are released, the same thing as in
SO7.
Again: the task manager is not reliable. The only tool that can help here are
programs like bounds checker.
