------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun May 21 15:11:05 -0700 2006 ------- I created a test database with addresses. I have 2 records, one with a SpouseName, one without. I created a New Labels document with the wizard. I included the FirstName, SpouseName, and LastName fields in the label. I entered between the FirstName and SpouseName fields a Conditional text field. In the Then field I put 2 spaces on each side of an ampersand and in the Condition field I put this: test.Addresses.SpouseName!="" (I also tried using NOT, and a lot of other things.) When the message about printing the form letter comes up and I print the records to the File Output, everything works perfectly. The ampersand and spaces display on the record with the SpouseName and don't display on the record without the SpouseName in the files that are created by the mail merge. However, when I do the same steps, but send the Output to the printer, the ampersand gets printed on every record, even when there is no SpouseName. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
