The normal code path of vcl::unohelper::GetMultiServiceFactory is that the
process service factory is already set. The one created in there is a very last
emergency case as to be able to bring up at least an error box. Normally the
binary (e.g. soffice.bin, spadmin.bin or the demo, see e.g.
vcl/workben/svdem.cxx) creates and sets the process service factory.
So in short i don't think we should integrate this patch.
