I've used
http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/OOC680_m2/Build-1/OOo_2.0.3_060520_Win32Intel_install.exe.
I can't reproduce: The quickstart menu is complete, no missing descriptions.
BTW: Please have a look at the priority guide lines. This is shurely not a P1
issue.
