@mba: I had an issue with tables in foot/endnotes that was reported in
http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=10279
This issue is solved since, but the trace appended is showing that the crash
here is in the first pass and there I really do not see why it crashes there.
So, I would close it as WONTFIX since the report is lacking more information.
