With the new Windows installers, we have the problem that in some cases - we
know that this often happens if the cabinet files get too large - cabinet files
get created where the contained files are corrupt in the sense that they differ
in some bytes from the original file which was put into the archive. The current
work-around is to split the cabinet file in these cases and ensure that the
split pieces are small enough to not encounter this error. But we already had
cases, e.g. in Update 2, where this flaw went unnoticed for some time. So we
have to remove the cause of the error and ensure that the created cabinet files
are always intact.
