Reassigning back to me. I found the problem: The metrics of the bold font were
used becaused pdfwriter_impl.cxx forgot didn't set these attributes correctly
when requesting the metrics for a differently encoded version of a font. Also
got rid of some rounding issues for this case so the advance widths in this
context should now be identical to the one in the font.
