------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 31 07:06:41 -0700 2006 ------- try the following: - open a new and empty spreadsheet document - on the first sheet merge cells A1 and A2 - without leaving the selection click on the format paint brush (german: "Format übernehmen") - after that, select the cell A3 to A14 - now you have pairs of A1:A2, A3:A4, ... A13:14 of merges cells - now do the same on the second sheet - it seems OOo grouped A3:A5, A6:A8, ... - A3:A4 looks like merged and A5 has a black background - you cannot write any content in A5 - the rest of the cells below behave like A3:A5 I suppose that wasn't by design, was it? ;-) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
