Hi Stefan,
It's possible that there are some inconsistencies between the trimmed history
and the original history file. Can you please paste the error messages you are
getting when you run cvs history. (I am assuming that you are running a
simple 'cvs history' command from within the repository).
Are you just getting something like "cvs server: warning: history line 261792
invalid"?
