There is a redraw issue when freezing is enabled. In the attached example file,
I use vertical freezing (i.e. there is only one "freeze line" from top to
bottom). As soon as you scroll down to rows which where not initially visiable
when the scroll bar was at the very top, rows in freezed and non-freezed parts
are not aligned. I'v colored rows 4,8 and 50,53 to demonstrate the issue. If you
scroll up and down between these rows, you will see rows 4 and 8 get redrawed at
the correct position (although I sometimes also get redraw artifacts for the
background color there) but rows 50 and 53 are offset to the top or bottom
depending on to which direction you scrolled last. The redrawing gets fixed if
you e.g. save the file or switch to another application and back again to OO.org
to force a redraw.
