Add a new Number format e.g. "Stunden:" HH "Minuten:" MM
to the time category, apply this format to a cell and enter e.g. 20:40 what
should result in Stunden: 20 Minuten 40

The Search and Replace function does not find Stunden or Minuten. Maybe it was
probably never intended to do so. So I don't know whether this is a DEFECT or a
ENHANCEMENT.
