This is an interesting issue, since CEE currently does not allow project names
with UPPER CASE. All project names are automatically converted to LOWER CASE
(after a successfull creation of the project this is notified in the UI).
Given this behavior, should we still investigate into this issue? That too
since only 8 projects have starting UPPER CASE; most likley created in earlier
version of CEE when this feature was not in place.
