Later on, when the correct language was set, a check compared the old language with the new one. If it was the same language as the system locale however, a change was not detected, because this was the default language in the settings anyway. So the resmgr was not recreated with the proper locale. Now the resmgr always uses the same locale as the settings. So depending on your locale and the installed languages the problem could occur or not. Again, what about the mnemonics.
