I tried to run 'qa/qatesttool/calc/update/c_updt.bas' in m172 with ja
localization and found
no problem in tFileOpenCSV.
Here is the log and it shows correct Japanese CSV filter name 'テキスト CSV

It's the same string which appears in FileOpen/Save dialog.
Ian, I do not know the full name for 'jsi', so could you please reassign this to
him/her if you can?
I do not believe this is Japanese message issue at least.
