Further investigation (another build) reveals when this problem manifests
itself. If a full build is initiated in instetoo_native -
build --all --html
and sysui is already built it will _occasionally_ fail with the Summary error.
If I remove the build directory (wntmsci10.pro) for the sysui module and start a
full a build it will build successfully.
