MRU->ES: this looks like a font problem on Linux. When importing the document on
Windows, it is exactly 151 pages long (as in MS Word).
MRU->upscope: The page margins are good. On the screenshot, you have the
document in "normal view", Switch to "View.Print View" for the correct layout
view in MS Word.
