test case:
- Environment: Windows32
- Load one of attached templates (old SO-templates; binary)
=> Bug: "C:\Documents and
Settings\{PATH_to_SO-USER_directory}\temp\sv75n.tmp\sv775.tmp does not exist."
Regression: It did not happen in SO7PP5 or SO8-Final on the same system
Additional notes: Tested on Windows XP Prof. with Admin rights and Win2k
Terminal Server without Admin rights
