Sorry to reopen the bug, but the solution is not one.
1) It sound normal to keep a title with its content and not have a column break
between them - so I should be able to continue with this paragraph option.
2) I tried to see the effect of the proposed solution.
I unchecked "Keep with next paragraph" for the title paragraph.
Now when I ask to update all, I have the title following the small content
placed correctly just after the summary...
And after the title I have a big blank space down to bottom of the column, where
the table associated to the title should take place, and this table start at
beginning of next column.
[note: the table is small enough to fill the blank place, and it has the option
to allow splitting between multiple columns or pages]
It sound like a pagination calculation problem when rebuilding table of contents
(which uses 2 semi/columns in a 3 columns document - a special case).
