I created a document with only an envelope. I have tried creating the document
with XP and Debian Backport OOo 2.0 for i386. Debian OOo 2.0 works fine. A
document that prints fine in Debian will not print on the same printer from
Windows. When I pick Insert Envelope, Printer, and select any of the three
right envelope icons, I get nothing printed on a letter sized sheet. With
Debian Linux, it does not matter which of the three envelope icons I select,
they all print in the correct location, in the upper left corner of the letter
sized sheet, landscape orientation, when the sheet is manually fed. I am using
the HP LaserJet 4P driver that came with Windows XP Professional.

Printing envelopes from Word in XP works fine.
