2006 -------
After typing some text in the Writer application if you try to view the text via
the "Page Viewer" using it's "Zoom In" button or the "Preview Zoom" pull down
selection, the text starting at the top left hand corner will go out of view
well before reaching 100% of the display range.
To then view the text, you have to scroll up and then scroll left or vice versa.
Steps to reproduce this issue on Windows 2000:
----------------------------------------------
1. Start -> Programs -> OOo-dev 2.0 -> OOo-dev Writer
2. Type some text such as -
This is a test.
3. Select File -> Page Preview
4. Click the "Zoom In" button (or) select a range usually greater than or equal
to 75% from the "Preview Zoom" pull down menu.
5. You will be unable to view the text.
6. To view the text, you will have to scroll up and then scroll left of the page
or vice versa.
Additional Comment:
-------------------
It appears the number of "Zoom In" clicks or the selection of higher view range
from the "Preview Zoom" pull down menu that causes the text to go out of view is
related to the size of the Writer application window on your desktop.
