Regarding "revision marks out of the text, in color bubbles" see issue 9661.
Regarding "accept and decline a revision on right clicking" see issue 6191.
But I agree, that a possibility to have a "switch" to toggle between the current
and the final view could be a nice feature. Reassigned to requirements.
