I tested your exact scenario in the latest build m172 under WindowsXP and it is
no longer an issue. The test documentes I have been created are attached to this
issue, furthermore the debug.xsl you described and the copy.xsl I ususally use.
Although it is already fixed, many thanks for your detailed bug report.
