represents internal issue #137050#

An Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.5 or later is required.
Create new Writer document, insert a pdf document as OLe object into document
Save document, close & reopen -> object destroyed

Although the bug is triggered by incorrect behaviour of the Adobe Acrobat OLE
object ( it reports error but the object is successfuly stored ), the SO7
implementation didn't react to any error happened during the OLE object saving.
Thus the scenario works well in SO7.
