LIBRARY_PATH here point to the basline compatible system libraries used for
linking. it is derived from SYSBASE which in this case points to
"/so/env/gcc_3.4.1_p_linux_libc2.24/glibc2.2.4". this directory got no direct
relation to the used compiler.
