Unfortunately we cannot implement most of the suggestions without changing Issue Tracker itself (afaik) but at least we can change the default settings (pt. 3 of the suggestions) the following way: - include defects and enhancements only (95% of the relevant issues should be of that type) - include all issue states but CLOSED (as issues are often fixed but not yet integrated) - change options for Summary and Description entry to "all words" I'll ask at the qa list for input. Louis: could you check with collabnet support, if this changes would be a problem to Issue Tracker performance?
