Be sure that the quickstarter isn´t still running after the applications have
been closed ! If it is running, the office is still running in the background
and so the folder is still locked by the systems file-open/save-as - dialog. The
same problem will appear in every other application which uses the system
dialogs (like wordpad). It´s a known problem, that folders, opened by the
system-dialogs stay locked until a different folder has been choosen ->
workaround ! Just open the dialog again, open a different folder, close dialog
... voila ! Or... use OOo own dialogs -> tools/options/general ! They don´t lock
folders !
Not a defect, so closed !
