I reopened the issue because the problem is not solved. I don't know who tm is,
but I did what he asked and I went \Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\StarOffice8\user\template
For me it is OpenOffice in stead of StarOffice8.
The results are shown in the attachment and are not as they need to be.
