This issue has been fixed now. With this bugfix the graphic of
i25246_comment2_in_text_box.doc can be seen without any problems. In
comment2.doc a bug is still remaining, there the graphic is not visible because
a lot of empty paragraphs are standing before the graphic, this is another issue
and has to be fixed by the writer team therefore I wrote Issue 66476.
