I can confirm the effect, but I can't decide whether it's a real bug.
I created a testfile containing the macro produced with macro from report.
Steps how to reproduce with 'testfile2.odt'
1. open OOo
2. open 'testfile2.odt'
3. Menu "tools - macros - Macro Organizer - OOo Basic"
4. select in 'testfile2' macros "Standard - Test - TestSizeOfModule"
by doubleclick
Expected: macro should be shown without error message
Actual: error message "Syntax Error"
