changed in CWS vcl60: getting the printer list now waits on completion of
asynchronous printer detection. This can produce hangs if the printing subsystem
does not report back, if this is the case the environment variable
SAL_DISABLE_SYNCHRONOUS_PRINTER_DETECTION can be set to a nonempty value to
restore the previous behaviour.
