Confirmed with OOo1.9.79 and WinXP.
-> I set OS to "All". Still, please check other OS as well.
Exactly as described: Only the main toolbar's handler is partially rendered if
it is in the top left corner, the others are OK. Strange - this does only occur
in Writer for me, not f.e. in Impress.
Still, this has to get fixed till OOo2.0 beta.
