Issue 65647 says that pkgchk is still referred to, in various part of chapter
4.7.3 of
the Developer's Guide.
I found other obsolete points in chapter 4.7.3 (found in SDK 2.0.3):

- section Overview :
"You can create toolbar icons in the Function Bar, which is usually the topmost
toolbar. Below you see two toolbar items, an icon for Function 1 and a text
item for
Function 2:"
This is incorrect because each add-on has its own toolbar which can be anchored
anywhere.

- section Guidelines:
"Toolbar
• Only important functions should be integrated into the toolbar."
IMHO this remark is obsolete in 2.0.x

- section Configuration:
The first paragraph and the warning paragraph should be updated since now each
add-on
has its own toolbar.
