[My update from earlier today seems to be lost, so here we go again:]
@pjanik,danohnesorg: What I could imagine is that your CC stumbles over the
empty soltools/texthxx/testhxx.cxx:1.2 (which only contains whitespace). While
technically legal C++, it might lead to the compiler not producing a testhxx.o
(the CC 5.5 we use at Sun Hamburg does not have that problem, but you might be
using a different version). Can you please verify that adding a line
void dummy() {}
to the end of soltools/testhxx/testhxx.cxx solves the problem?
