pjanik: Here in HH RE and development it is quite common that several people are
working on the same workspace. If f.e. RE a is doing a build, RE b at the moment
has no permission to remove the output tree of 'berkeleydb' afterwards for a
new, fresh build.
Issue has been fixed on CWS rt15.
