------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jun 27 02:58:15 -0700 2006 ------- When Math formulas (in Writer documents) contain text strings (in "...") and the document is exported as PDF, the letter spacings may be reduced in some places, even leading to overlaps of adjacent characters. The effect changes when longer strings are broken into several strings "...""..." or even when other formulas are added to the page (thus is difficult to reproduce). It seems as if the presence of blanks in the strings may be a cause. The effect does _not_ occur in printing (even to a PS file). It was found in StarOffice 8 pu3 (=OO 2.0.3) and StarOffice 7 pu5 (=OO 1.1.5) and thus seems to be an older issue. (But the effect does not occur in the same places for the two versions.) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
