In the validity dialog, users might want to create constrains so that the value
entered in a cell is a decimal or integer number. They do not care what the
value is, they just want to express that this value should be a number.

Currently, this is not possible. If you choose a validity with an integer or
decimal number you have to set if this value is "equal to", "greater than"...

This possibility should be added.
